I came in looking for a new Kryptonite lock - easy! And needed wall mounts to hang bikes vertically in our storage locker in our apartment building. The staff who helped me was super knowledgeable, kind, and offered me a tip on the lock as I was checking out - to be sure to take pics of the keys or write down the key numbers, as Kryptonite can send new keys if I lose mine. I would never have known to do that! Love the shop and the kind team members!

Came in 15 minutes before closing but Alex and Chris were very nice and informative anyways with fixing my bike! They fixed up my bike for no charge since they had previously fixed it a couple weeks earlier (30 day guarantee). Quick and very friendly!

Shelby was wonderful! Super nice and welcoming. I came in with ZERO knowledge about bikes and I was nervous about purchasing. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I left feeing excited!

A good friend of mine is a bike riding enthusiast, and I know this is his store of choice. I went in with little idea of what I wanted to buy - other than that I wanted to buy a bike. I was assisted (or I should write "guided") by Sprite, who did a wonderful job of listening to what I thought I needed and steered me in the right direction with a new bike at a great price. Great bike shop!

I went in there today (first time) and everyone was very polite! Super clean shop and plenty of items to select from. I went in to get a seat post lever to hold my seat in place once i adjust the height and the gentleman found me a perfect fit. Someone had also donated the item to the shop so i was able to get it discounted.
