I have not ridden a bike in years and am wanted to get back at it. Being 6ft 8in makes selecting the proper bike a difficult decision. I can’t speak highly enough of the entire staff at The Cyclery. They gracious took their time to answer my 1000 questions and even had me professionally measured to make sure I found a bike that I liked, was comfortable and safe at my size.

There is a reason that we have now purchased 4 bikes from the Cyclery. The customer service is excellent. We have purchased 3 Trek bikes and a GT bike. All very high quality bicycles. The staff do an excellent job sizing you up for the correct bike (especially for my kids) and quality assembling them to spec. Special thanks to Justin A. and Becky for the over and above special attention with my youngest son’s first “real quality” bike. They all do a phenomenal job! Thank you.

My hubby and I have matching his and her 10-speeds from 1982 that we purchased brand new. Okay, so about 5 years ago, I decided I needed to make some adjustments to my 10-speed. They specialize in top shelf bicycles and equipment which can add up to large ticket items, but they were far more interested in earning or business rather than collecting or money. I was looking for a three wheeled bike for my wife, but I didn't want her to have to "settle." They were fantastic in ensuring she got exactly what she was looking for without any obnoxious pressure tactics. I would say it was well worth it.

Had a very good shopping experience at Cyclery &Fitness Center. Found my grandson a new/used Trek at a very good price. Along with gloves and a clearance jersey. Will be back in the future. I now have a new riding partner.
