These guys take advantage of the fact that they’re currently the only E bike repair shop in the area. That’s going to end soon. There is at least one more opening up in the area. They are judgmental, confrontational, and dishonest. They will charge you for repairing things that they broke and will go ahead with repairs that you did not authorize. I’ve been forced to deal with them because they are the only E bike repair shop in town, but I have decided that it is better off to drive to Batavi...

WOW!!! OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! Truly, look no further. I brought my stroller over to get my flat tire looked at and Christian happily restored our stroller and thoroughly repaired the tire and all the issues with it. My stroller is better than ever and am so thankful for this bike shop that takes excellent care of anyone that comes by!

I left a message for a callback and received a message right away. The person I talked with, was patient with my questions, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helped me make a well informed decision on what to do with our E bike. I definitely recommend this company and will use them for any maintenance and any repairs of the several E bikes my family owns.
