Amazing Service and Immediate Kinship! Had a flat on my fat tire 4 miles into the first ride after the recent thaw. So disappointing BUT Next E-Bikes saved the day. Nick was busy but agreed to have us bring the bike over and he would fix it straight away. He took the bike downstairs and said to go have lunch and he'd be finished in about 20 minutes! I stopped at Next E-bikes in Bolingbrook Illinois, and was greated by Nick. Nick was supposed to close the bike shop at 5pm, but stayed open till 630pm to help me dial in the new e-bike with all of my settings, accessories, and even helped me load the bike in the back of my truck and secure it in the cold. Love the Velotric Nomad 2 that I ourchased at Next E-buke this week. Nick treated me like I was his best customer and knows his stuff....and he not a push over. Tom offered enthusiastic input that added even more confidence in the purchase and also made me excited to get out there and start riding.
