I recently brought my bike into Dan's to have the brakes, rotors, and fenders fixed. They told me that it would be a week before it would be ready. After nearly a week I received a phone call saying that they had ordered the wrong part and that I would have to wait longer for the correct part to come into the shop. Jimmy is amazing. My mom and I came in at 6 with my bike seat not being able to tighten because the pole thing got stuck in the bike. Idk bike terminology but it was not rideable. Jimmy got the pole out with different tools which looked difficult - you need strength to do that. The service was quick and professional. We appreciate the great service and solving the problem.

My daughter broke one of her bike pedals. It was completely gone. I didnt get the guys name but he was super cool! Got her pedal fixed and he checked to make sure everything was in working order. Even filled the tire with needed air! Super friendly service and the dog ... super chill. Thanks! These guys are on it!

Me and my girlfriend went to get new tires but turn out they just needed to be refill. A nice employee help us and assist us on getting new grips, handle bell, and helmet but there was this rude other worker who told me to shut up after making a joke.
