The Trailhead Bicycles

Andy and the folks at The Trailhead are amazing! Was in from out of town and busted my bike on my first ride in Hailey, and even though they were backed up they fixed my bike same day so that my trip wouldn’t be ruined. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The team at The Trailhead Bicycles shop are very professional, knowledgeable and kind. I recently needed a superhero fix on my bike and they did not disappoint. They deserve an A+ in the turnaround time and price. I had a great experience and have found my new favorite bike shop. :-)

I often rent the best bike I can find when travelling for extended stays. My friend with a family home in Hailey suggested Trailhead Bicycles. I purchased a new bike from Trailhead and had them service an existing bike. Both experiences were great! The staff is knowledgeable, thorough and very friendly. They took time to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was happy with the experience. It is nice to have a real bike shop in town!

In for a long weekend and needed a specific Trek part to keep mountain biking; The Trailhead Bicycles DELIVERED!! They were able to scramble to find the part and worked with us to get it after hours. Amazing customer service!
