Put a new shifter and cables on my daughters bike on my own— and couldn't quite get the shift points and everything working out well. Brought the bike in here— and the owner was able to help me out and get it absolutely dialed in! Perfect smooth shifting at exactly the right points. Dude is legit a derailleur genius. Got my daughter's bike dialed in just in time for the state finals races. Thanks so much!
I work across the street at Bardenay. I went here on a break, he fixed my flat tire in minutes. I paid for triple threaded, slime..they have held up several months now. I then went here to have the same done to my bike tire, although he was going on a ten day vacation in minutes with the store closing while he was gone, he took the time to fix my tire as it was my only transportation. Fast forward a few months, the crank shift went out and the pedal came off, vanished. He ordered the parts...
I stopped into Eagle Bike this morning to have the breaks looked at on my electric bike since they weren't stopping me. They came out and looked at the bike, told me to go through my warranty company and get replacement calibers, and they would be more than happy to fix them for me when the calipers came in. They didn't even t...
Incredibly grateful to have stumbled across Eagle Bike Shop as a relative newcomer to Boise. Like it is for many people, my bike is my baby and I always know that she is in good, capable hands whenever I need work done it thanks to Cody & Eddie. Cody was also very helpful when my girlfriend had some questions about getting a mountain bike and he gave her plenty of recommendations about how to go about getting one that had nothing to do w/ shopping at their shop; he just wanted to help her fin...
The guy working there left a horrible impression. I was taken aback by how ill-mannered he was, it was uncalled for and just random to be frank. I love stopping by local bike shops since I grew up cycling in the treasure valley and love the biking community here. Do yourself a favor and go to Reed Cycle or Georges Cycles. So disappointed in how he conducted himself, I hope locals or visitors who may be getting into biking have a better experience because he sticks out like a sore thumb in com...
