I needed a bicycle lock and searched for bicycle shops in Boise and this one had the least amount of reviews but IT DESERVES MORE! I'm unsure when it opened but it is an extremely well done store with great equipment and a rad staff. I swore I wouldn't forget the name of the woman who helped me...*facepalm . I will update the review when it comes back to me. Anyway, she had short hair and after helping me pick out a bicycle lock she caught me by surprise and offered to help me set the lock up...

I feel like I’m walking into Cheers when I go to World. They know my kids, their bikes, their skis, and me. I’ve bought almost all our bikes and skis from them and they keep our fleet in working order. Plus they are very active sponsoring the cross country ski team. Thanks, World!

I visited World Cycle & XC Ski for a tune up/service on my mountain bike. They impressed me from my first phone call, and have not disappointed. While there for the pre-appointment check (still not a paying customer), Brett put my bike on the stand, lubed my chain, and made a couple minor adjus...

I cannot recommend this shop enough! I've purchased multiple bikes and my skate skis from this shop and have them serviced frequently. Invariably the service received is professional with high expertise as well as being very personable and kind. Brett, Courtney, and Tom have all been great to work with as well as of the rest of the staff. Grateful to have this local shop just a few minutes away.

I explained the bike is 2 years old and it went into that gear before the tuneup. This is a $3000 bike, and I wouldn’t expect that lack of precision. 3 employees weren’t going to do anything. So yesterday I took it in to Reeds Cycles on Bogus Basin Road. I explained the World Cycle experience. T...
