The Trek store is amazing. John and the staff are super knowledgeable, yet able to meet each customer where they are at. I just worked with the store to help my 75 year old mother in law purchase a new road e bike. They bent over backwards to ensure she had a perfect experience including swapping out her stem and fitting the bike. It is great to have a shop I can send friends to with confidence.

We made the 2 1/2 hour trip home and still had enough daylight to squeeze in a 15 mile, dusk to darkness ride on the Weiser trail. Your staff was excellent and my bike performs like new! The customer service was absolutely impeccable! I went in during the midst of the Covid pandemic. They had the store appropriately managed through my whole walk through. They were able to answer all my questions and helped me pick out my beautiful new Trek bike! They taught me how to remove and re attach my front wheel and spent as much time with me as I needed to feel locked and loaded with all the knowledge I needed.
