Wish there was an easier way to just drop off stuff for repairs instead of appointments but I understand why they do it. Jake who worked on my bike was nice and knowledgeable. They did the work in a good time and gave me good service. I'll come back when I need work done again.
30 years of skiing and always thought boots should just hurt. Last year ridgeline proved me wrong. The technology they have there to make a perfect fit is insane. Fast forward to this year. New shop, new location. Best ski shop in Ada County. Had the best skis and best bindings in stock. Cherry on top, I missed my picked up time. If you need new boots, ski work, or just expert advice, this is absolutely the place to go. Highly...
Terrible service on our e-bikes. They seemed to have rushed through and not even sure what they did. Both bikes came back with tires low. We asked for them put tire sealant in the tires on the one bike that has tubeless tires. It was like pulling teeth to get an answer. I one seemed to know. The bike that had a chain was not even touched as the chain was bone dry and obviously was not lubed as they said was done. Not really sure what they even did. I’ve tried calling the store and all I get ...
