I mean daaaang! Just got back from a trip to ahem, well their namesake and decided I absolutely needed a pair of Fubuki Niseko 3.0 boots. They were surprisingly affordable and EVEN more affordable because they were on a wicked sale. Can it get more better? Well maybe! I ordered them on a Friday around 3pm and paid for ground shipping and I was peacocking around the neighborhood by 2pm the next day.

The store is always clean, attractive, and welcoming. I’m greeted every time I walk in, and it makes a real difference. The customer service is genuine, not scripted. My bike handlebar order was processed and shipped quickly, arriving on schedule. The right part was packaged and arrived with no damage. One thing that would make it more pleasurable would be if they added “free shipping” on orders over $50. That appears to be common with bike part suppliers.
