Patrick has always been a huge help and super friendly. Been working with Jake lately and I say the same for him. Prices are competitive. Use the on-line store if they don't have what you want in stock. You're gonna wait a couple days anyway and these guys are as local as local gets. Wouldn't buy or get service from anywhere else.

I recently purchased a new gravel bike from Ryan at Eastside. This was my first bike in this category and the team at this shop was incredibly helpful in getting me into the right bike with the right customizations. Honestly, one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. Outstanding!

Easily my favorite shop to work with - in nearly 30 years of riding and racing bikes. They know what they're doing, they communicate and their prices are reasonable. They are professionals. Period. EVERY time I've been in, it's been a positive experience. I wish more shops operated like Eastside. Simply a great shop. I feel lucky to have found them.

This place is amazing. It's the bike shop for novice to professional riders. Patrick spent the better part of an hour educating me and my son and helping us get into the RIGHT bike.
