Really, really cool place, I like where it's located.It's very cool when you walk inside.It looks like a super big playhouse is what it looks like. Anika was extremely helpful she explained everything me.

Boise Bicycle Project saved me big-time. I needed some very specific, hard-to-find items — the exact spoke length, the exact inner tube size, and even a particular tool. Somehow… they had all of it. In one place. When I was on a tight timeline. I was genuinely delighted — not just by the inventory, but by the people. Not only is the professionalism and basic human respect in short supply here, it is completely absent. For what I presume is a charity, "people skills" are a must, and whoever was working this afternoon has zero. He was ignorant, callous, and condescending. I stopped in to ask a simple question on ebikes. He came in from outside, asked if I was there for one of their needs or volunteer work, and I politely said no. He then told me that they were closed and I was not supposed to be parked wher...

As a fan of biking and recycling things instead of just tossing them in the bin, this place is fantastic!! Recently went down there for no reason in particular and found carbon bars for the low low. The economy is wayyy to bad to buy anything new so go here, the vibes are way better anyways. Shout out to the crew over there!

I brought in a friend who had very little money and BBP went above and beyond. You see the nice shop and tools and don't realize what all goes on in the background. They do a ton to help the community and do it professionally. Annika was stellar.
