I just put together a new bike and was having some issues with the derailleur shifting smoothly. I took it to REI bike shop, the technician didn't even know what a derailleur clutch does, he said it's just for taking the wheel off, he also said it was working fine even though it was wanting to skip gears, He also mentioned he only knows how to work on Shimano parts? Ian helped me out with a tricky brake job on my bike. Very thankful for him and his crew. Got some good miles on it today. Bike felt better than it has in a long time.

Bless the people here. They’re so helpful and knowledgeable. I took my gravel bike in to have them swap out the chain for a new one because it was shifting poorly, and they also took the time to adjust the derailleur. It’s shifting like a dream now! Prices are very reasonable for maintenance/ work. Will definitely be back.

If I could give it 0 stars o would I went to get my brand new not even 3 week old bike I bought from them trued and the guy said yea we can do this and some other stuff so they did other small misc stuff and never even trued it. Waste of my time and money don't ever buy a bike from here or get work done atleast. Poor decision on my part hopefully someone reads this and doesn't make the same mistake.
