I took my Aventon E-bike to Joe for some warranty work and he was friendly and fast, had the work finished the next morning. I bought directly from Aventon but I wish I would of bought from Mojo because things like the derailleur needed to be adjusted out of the box.

My wife and I wandered into MoJo on a Saturday and and met the owner Joe. It was about closing time but Joe took his time with us and made every effort to help us. We bought 2 new bikes that day and it was well after closing time. Since that time Joe has gone out of his way to give great service, even meeting us at his home after hours to get us our bikes back. You don’t get that service these days. Great place and great owner!

Wife and I bought bikes from Joe earlier this year. Very pleased with the service he provided. Having been away from biking since we were kids, we were just coming back to it from many year away. Joe took the time to answer all our questions, some of which were undoubtedly silly.
