And how many companies check on you throughout the year, to see if the bike is working well and to see if we have any questions?! Pretty rare to have such great customer care AFTER the sale! I love my electric trike. I got the brand SUN in a beautiful light green color . Eric has great customer service. From the time I ordered the bike all the way to checking in with me a few months after the sell. I would highly recommend CreekSide.

They might be a bit out of the way, but they are well worth it. I've been researching eBikes for quite some time. This shop has more selection than any other shop I've been to in the area. The staff was very friendly, and my wife and I purchased 2 bikes from them.

Victor put a motor on mothers trike. Fast friendly service and very knowledgeable. Turned this trike in to a flyer. :) The battery is my own creation and we will be adding solar to keep it charged. Great Job Victor!

Always a great experience! We purchased our bikes there three years ago and continue to take them there for service. Upgraded my bike after thousands of miles with a newer model: Ranger 2.0. The bluffs on the banks of the Mississppi River are going to be a breeze as I commute from Iowa to Illinois.
