Geoff's is honestly the best bike shop. Their service is amazing. The staff honestly makes shopping here top tier! When I was shopping around for my bike, I went to a previous location and put a bike on hold. Then when I came to Geoff's, I was sold -- the bike, the experience... Amazing :) especially the homie Nick, he's awesome. So if you're looking for a great bike, shop Geoff's. They'll teach you all sorts of things too. No regrets :)

Geoff’s is the best. Geoff’s has been my bike shop since I was a college kid who didn’t know how to change a tube (err I still am not great at it). Flash forward 15 years, and after moving back to Iowa City, Nick and Luke at Geoff’s helped my family choose new e-bikes for commuting and outfit them to tow our toddler. We love this place - service is top notch (plus I just like to ogle all the pretty bikes). Won’t ever go anywhere else for my bike needs!

These guys rock! Every person I talked to via phone and email in this store helped me seamlessly to buy and ship a bike to Alaska. Great communication. Amazing customer service. After contacting SO many shops, Geoffs was the one that got it done for me. Thank you guys so much!! Now I get to have the exact bike i wanted for this whole summer in Alaska!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at Geoffs Bike and Ski today! Nick was incredibly helpful—he took the time to let me test out several bikes and helped me find the perfect one for my needs. As a moderate cyclist, I wanted something versatile for gravel, asphalt, and a little bit of grass, and he nailed it. I went in to try on some shoes and Kevin was super helpful! He helped me try on many different models/sizes/widths. Unfortunately, I didn't find a pair that fit me well, but that's more to do with my feet than their service/supply. I'd highly recommend this place for their service!
