Big Barn Harley-Davidson is hands down the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I’ve owned my bike less than a year and it’s been in their shop over 5 times. A simple radio switch took almost a month — pure incompetence. They don’t listen, don’t fix the actual problem, and constantly try to upsell garbage that has nothing to do with why your bike is there.
