Unbelievably good service! We have bought bikes and stationary equipment in the past from them because of their service and backing their products. Recently bought a treadmill that needed adjustments soon after buying. They went out of their way to help us and make everything perfect. I wouldn’t even think of buying a bicycle or exercise equipment anywhere else!

Customer service was outstanding!! I brought in a E-wheel he had never seen, helped my diagnosis the issue with the rubbing, assisted me with correcting the error. I know he was apprehensive as he had never seen one ,but with his help and the adjustments he made,it made my husband's life much easier. I hope he knows how much that means to us.
