Amazing group of people! From the sales department to the service shop, all of them are but just great people to work with. Service department has helped me out with technical support, advice, etc and the sales department have been great with all 3 motorcycles I have purchased by being transparent and very easy to work with. Craig and Joe at Cycle City Maui are the best hands down. I bought a Harley in 2023 and I wanted to trade it in for a Kawasaki ZX-10 that they brought it. They were super helpful with letting me test ride it two separate days and the second day being a longer ride. They were also very helpful and patient with me dealing with my insurance and trying to set that up before the trade in.
