I recently visited eBikes Hawaii to purchase my very first bike! The employees at this location are absolutely amazing. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, they’re all incredibly kind, knowledgeable and you can tell they all are genuinely passionate about cycling. I’ve been looking into Ebikes for a long time now. Walking in and being able to work with Dominic was a great experience. I was able to find a lot of answers to the differences between a lot of scenarios and questions I had. Our E-bike journey has begun and will always come back to Dominic for more in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Ebikes Hawaii. I bought a used ebike I'm using to transport my surfboard. They went out of their way to help me get the surf rack installed (required some figuring due to the shape of my bike frame) and were overall very responsive and helpful at every turn. I got good value on my bike, they made it easy for me, and were generous with their time. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

I purchased an e-bike from Dominic over the phone and he was very friendly, professional, and helpful.
