Came into their shop (a little hard to find at first), and Muhammad was a delight to work with. I told him what I was looking for, and he showed me a couple of different models to choose from. Once I made my decision, the checkout process was seamless, and he even unboxed the scooter while I was there so I didn’t have to worry about doing it at home. He went down the list of how to’s and I was on my way. I’ll be shopping with them again in the future for sure!

We drove two hours to get there. Do not expect a fancy store front. This is a side business. Mohammad and Abdul are extremely polite, professional and committed to delivering a great experience. They are very knowledgeable of their product, respond quickly when called and are straight forward when asked questions. They were a hardworking,honest family. I was extremely impressed. So glad I found Atlanta E Scooters! Mohammed was very kind, quick with his responses, and his customer service skills were excellent. Shipping was fast and easy. Upon opening the box, I noticed a part was damaged probably from shipping. Mohammad quickly resolved the issue and sent out a new part immediately. No trouble whatsoever. I'm not a fan of buying high priced items like this online so it was great to know someone was selling them locally. I purchased the makuta 9 plus and love driving it whenever i can. Being 230 driving on it surprised me that it can go over 30mph. The purchase is straightforward and i highly recommend going here for your new scooter.
