I get that $500 deposits on motorcycles are non refundable, but within 12 hrs on a 4 week order is a bit much. Spoke to sales manager and never received a phone call back. Some dealers will put a portion of the deposit toward future purchases…apparently not Savannah Indian. Guess they need the cash more than I. Our salesman was a good guy.

Their service department is top notch. They are reasonably priced and knowledgeable. They fixed up my road glide with a champion trike conversion. Always friendly, helpful and flexible.
