Just brought bike in that i bought at Goodwill for 85$ wow what a deal. Service department were very helpful on the phone. Business easy to locate as it's right off Alpharetta Hwy . Brought in to have air put in front tire and tube put in back tire along with air . superior service: it only took 5 minutes; very pleased.
The service department here is legit! Kyle and Wyatt were great at getting my headset issue fixed in a timely manner, despite being super busy in the service department. Came through in the clutch before a big ride I have coming up. They are very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend!
In a word: impressive. Their bike selection and stock is the best we've seen around so far. Quite a wide variety of accessories as well. The sales staff was helpful explaining to us the difference between the models available and helped us make decisions on the many options. These guys really earned my business and all the praise! My wife had a flat on her ebike and Atlanta cycles told us to basically go pound sand as they "only work on ebikes that they sell" with the entire day ruined, we headed home and stopped by Roswell Bicycles. The tech came out and inspected the bike. He really took the time and got the bike repaired! Without giving me any grief. Price was cheaper than I expected! Very honest and helpful people! My new and only bike shop! 100% recomme...
Took my bike in for a tune up including new tubes. Was very excited to get back on it after a few years. First ride after the “tune up” didn’t happen. Both tires were flat, so I started pumping up the back one and ptshhhhh! Valve blew air. As I looked at the gears with the bike upside down — they are filthy. I wonder if this shop even touched them! Now I have to do the work I paid them to do!
