While other shops during the Thanksgiving holiday was telling me it would be a 3 to 4 day turnaround time for repairs. (Shifter replaced, cassette replaced, and other parts I don't know the correct name of.) Call this shop, told them my situation. And they asked me to bring my bike in it maybe was ready in 1 to 2 days. Before I got home I received an email saying my bike was ready (less than 3hrs)...
