Asked cyclists from north Atlanta at the BRAG Spring Tune Up, "who is your bike mechanic". With very few exceptions, they said Drew Cross at Free Flite Roswell Road. He's the best.

Drew was very knowledgeable. He also wanted me to be happy with my bike and did not rush me out. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

In a local bike shop, I look for two things: competent work and excellent, friendly customer service. You'll find both things at Free Flite (any location). I recently brought my 2012 Trek Fuel EX 8 into the East Cobb store for some maintenance and an upgrade from 3x to 1x. Daniel and his staff patiently answered all of my questions (Do I stay with the same cassette? What about the shifters?, etc.) and completed the work beautifully. After my first ride I couldn't be happier with all the work ...
