Excellent Bike store, huge selection, biggest selection I have seen. I called a few times to get all the information to make the correct selection, no matter what I was never rushed or treated rudely. I drove an hr to buy my bike here. When I came in th showed me (4) different Marlin 6 bikes and never made me feel rushed or pressured while I was making my color selection, bar none customer service. I enjoyed shopping experience here.

Very helpful in helping select a new bike and set it up for my weight and height perfectly. Good pricing and a well stocked show room as well. I ended up getting a Trek Roscoe 7 for a great price. The staff are all friendly and helpful as well the two times I have been in. Trent was very helpful with dealing with Trek financing as well and a few technical difficulties that came with it. I will for sure be back in.

I went to Bike Town USA to look at mountain bikes. Kevin was very knowledgeable and accommodating towards my needs in a mountain bike. He allowed me to try different sizes, and when I decided on a bike, he was very instrumental in helping me get the bike ride ready to ride with pedals, shoes, and accessories. It was overall a great experience!!!

I have had a Trek PS7 and had it serviced regularly by them over the years - great bike - great service - great folks! Just bought my 7th Trek for my grandchildren and they have always had the exact bike and color we wanted - great inventory on hand. Cannot say enough about how much I enjoy working with the folks at Bike Town

Easy and friendly experience. I did my research, found the bike I wanted, called to see if it was in-stock. Trent put it on hold for me, I came 30 minutes late and picked it up. As a new owner I had a few questions and they were all answered very well. Trent gave me some tips, helped with a few additional products, and I was on my way. Thanks!
