Great Experience! I had two Kubota UTV rims that I had put new tires on but could not get them to seat on the rim. Basically they wouldn’t pump up. If you have ever experienced this, you know how difficult it can be to get the tire to sit on the bead in order for it to hold air. VERY SHADY DEALERSHIP. Stay far away from Extreme Powersports Columbus, GA. I was really upset. I traveled all the way from New York to pick up a brand new 2024 Kawasaki Z900RS. Cash in hand. The bike was in mint condition when I saw it in person. I rode the bike 2 hours in heavy rain to drop it off at another property in Georgia. Very disappointed with this business. They said they could make a key for my bike but couldn’t, wasting my time. They also refused to put the bike back together unless I paid for a service they didn’t finish, and I wasn’t even given a spare key. It feels like they only care about selling products, not helping customers. Unprofessional experience — I wouldn’t recommend them.
Had an awesome experience with Extreme! I worked with Chance during my buying process, and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very patient with me during my decision making process and made everything go smooth. Trent in the service department was also very helpful with explaining all of the do’s and dont’s with my machine. The team here is unmatched! I will definitely be back in the future.
