David at Go Ebike exceed my expectations on purchasing a bike. I had several questions when I arrived to purchase a bike and David was fully knowledgeable and explained it very well. He explained all options available and the benefits of every bike. He also was very thorough on going through the operations, maintenance, and warranty. One of my biggest fears on purchasing an e-bike was not having a dealer close by to purchase parts and do maintenance on bike if it exceeded my ability.
