I just got my bike back after a new gear set was put in and some other important repairs taken care of. The results were outstanding! After the cold snap I got a chance to take my bike out for a great ride. It was smooth and really comfortable. The bike just flew! The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly and I had a great experience. Thanks so much guys!

I’ve been in here 3 times. 1/3 times I had my request satisfied. The maintenance techs are not the friendliest bunch, nor are they the most capable. Given a moderately challenging problem they turned me away almost instantly with no solution. After a few hours with AI and some determination we were able to get the problem solved. Highly Recommend this store and staff. Helping a single mom the day after Christmas adjust childrens bikes Santa did not even purchase there. Great customer service and good people that were a blessing. Thank you immensely.

Dropped off my E Bike to get the brakes fixed and a new saddle. excellent service. I think the techs named was Ben. I feel bad for not remembering. Work was done professionally in a couple hours on a Sunday. Great place, will be a repeat customer

Was supposed to hit the trail in the morning and I couldn’t get my front wheel on because of my mistakes. Took it in to see if they could fix it up and they did it in 5 minutes. Now I’m able to go, and I will be coming back with any more repair needs. Highly recommend.
