Wonderful shop. Owners and staff are knowledgeable about their product and very patient. Prices are best around. . Just picked up my bike and went for a 10 mile ride! Excellent, sturdy bike. Great suspension on our dirt roads. The seat was a little uncomfortable but I’m use to a larger one so I’ll adapt. Thanks to Andy for all his help.

We purchased a e-bike from Pedro Electric Bikes. Sharon was our salesperson, she was very knowledgeable, professional & had me try e-bikes which were suited for me. Never did she push us to purchase. Sharon answered all our question. I felt very comfortable after doing my homework on which e-bike was best for me. My husband purchased me the Velotric Fold 1 Plus. Very pleased with my New Wheels. My wife and I decided to update our e-bikes. I contacted Pedego to visit about bike / options. Sales associate was very helpful in suggesting a couple of models to consider. We stopped in and were very impressed with the number of bikes on the floor. The associate was extremely knowledgeable in regard to the features of each model. We were both able to find the bikes that are well suited for the type of riding we do. Thanks Pedego for great customer service!!

Would highly recommend you see Lori at Pedego Trailwinds. Bought the perfect bike for my wife. Found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful in the transaction. Very good on the tutorial upon delivery. May come back and buy another at my next Villages trip!
