Really unsatisfied with how they claimed to fix my husband’s MTB. They charged him for things they didn’t even fix, and they never told him he needed an adapter piece for his brake that was $40. After my husband spoke with them about the derailleur issue they took it back in and told him he needed to get a new cassette and that they had one in stock. Absolutely top notch in every way! I’ve purchased two mountain bikes from AJ’s and each time the staff were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I’ve returned to the store numerous times for routine maintenance and just to purchase new gear. I find the prices are competitive with online stores and it’s nice to see the items first hand before buying.
