I was looking to rent bicycles for my family, after numerous failed attempts to find rentals, we wound up at The great Bicycle Shop. The staff was nothing less than amazing, (especially Faith ) Faith was able to show us several used bikes in their inventory and was able to work with me on price to the point that I was not leaving without purchasing bikes for our entire group. I read some good reviews on Google, so took my bicycle there for service yesterday morning at 10:00 am. James helped me immediately, took my bike in the back to put together an estimate. Finished looking my bike over, gave me my estimate and told me my bike should be ready by Wednesday, though probably sooner. Left believing my bike to be in good hands... They have a mechanic there named Brian. He's the bomb. Great 👍 attitude, very knowledgeable & goes up & beyond the line on giving you the best (& honest!) advice possible. Thanks Brian. I really appreciate your honesty & I really enjoyed the time that I spent with you today.

The Lord lead us to these young men and we couldn't be more pleased. We were really just shopping but decided to go ahead a buy. We bought 3 bikes! All three are the Velotric Breeze. Highly recommend.

Having problems with my bike is nothing new, but lately I've gone to the Great Bicycle Shop as the other shops in town were frustrating to deal with. This week Jeremy fixed a problem in minutes that would have taken days to replace the part at other shops. Don't waste your time or money elsewhere.
