I had a very disappointing experience at THIS SHOP (FELIPE). The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. When I brought in my bicycle for service, parts were lost while it was in their care. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, they refused to acknowledge the issue. The best bike shop in town. PERIOD. Felipe has the knowledge and experience of a pro and the best customer service. Above and beyond. He can build bikes, repair, maintenance and restore/project bikes. He is building/modernizing my ‘99 Stumpjumper. Located right across the street from Markham Park. What more could you ask for?

He has things that people don’t have he has bikes available now bike racks. Tires. I needed a tire and he installed it while I waited great service if you need a bike store he’s worth the drive
