Brought in my STACYC 12e because it suddenly stopped working, and they tracked it down fast — it was just a blown fuse. They replaced it quickly, got me back up and running the same day, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. Super straightforward, honest service, and really quick turnaround. I left my suspension with them on a Thursday asking for it to be completed by the following weekend. I was told it would be ready and also called Wednesday before the weekend and was told it would be ready Friday night. I arrive Friday before they shut and my suspension hadn’t even been started on. The decision to sell my KTM was precipitated by a series of unsatisfactory service experiences. Specifically, a 2023 Superduke EVO experienced issues with its suspension, triggering an SCU code. We’ve bought bikes from WMR and called them about anything no one else could answer but man what a great group of guys they have at the FTR events.
