We didn't purchase our bikes from Island Bikes, but they were super helpful while deciding which bikes worked best for us. Over the past few months we've had a couple of issues with one of the bikes and Chris and his team went above and beyond to help us determine the problem and offer a remedy. I recently visited Island Life Bikes in St Augustine with hydraulic brake problems on my electric bike. Jacob, a technician there, came out, helped me to unload the bike and took it inside. Any bike shop that supports Bike MS is an amazing bike shop! Some friends and I traveled from North Carolina to TPC Sawgrass for Bike MS PGA Tour Cycle to the Shore and in the first 10 miles my back tire was losing air. Luckily Carson came to my rescue and saved the day! He was friendly and eager to help. I know he had his work cut out for him as another cyclist was waiting for her turn.
