We had a great experience. Erin, the owner, was fantastic from the time we walked in. We came in for some stacyc bikes for our kids and he let them ride around and play with the bikes and we felt very comfortable. No pressure to buy but we walked out with 2 new bikes. Nice, clean and family friendly business.
