I’m very grateful to my friend Joe who brought me to this place. Here, I bought my first bicycle in the US and also found my cycling family. The shop owner is a truly wonderful person. Everyone who works in this store isn’t just someone selling bikes they live and breathe it, and you can see and feel that. False advertising. Wrong item shipped. Refund still not issued months later. I ordered sunglasses in December. SOMI BIKE sent the wrong product. Their representative Jean told me to return it for a refund since the correct item wasn’t available. I did exactly that. They received the return. It is now March and I still have not been refunded. Outstanding service! I’m only in town for 2-days and found myself needing a new chain. They were very busy however, they propped my bike up and replaced it along with installing some accessories I need in less time than a Jiffy Lube oil change!
