Very shady business. Fixed myself in 5 minutes. Here's the full story with the solution at the end. I dropped my non-charging battery off on Monday and was told I'd get a call in 2 days. Nothing. I called and left a message on Wednesday. Nothing. Thursday, I called again and was told that they are super busy, but I'd get a call by 3 pm Friday. Nothing. Purchased 2 bikes in March 2022. Returned them after 1 week because no nationwide repair network as promised. Bikes were still brand new but Alan charged us a $800 refund fee. Still waiting on a refund 7 months later despite numerous letters and phone calls. Would not recommend this business to anyone.
