We recently purchased a new Sun 7-speed adult tricycle at this wonderful bike shop in Winthrop. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and made several useful suggestions about bike locks and other accessories as well as giving instruction about how to operate and maintain the bike. Jose is awesome!! He knows bikes! Very friendly and accommodating. When I came into the shop it was very busy, but Jose still made time to assist me and render superior customer service. I noticed how busy they were and was preparing myself to wait, but Jose still made time to service my bike based on a walk-in with no appointment...with a smile! That did it for me!!
