The Staff and Service here is great. I have had custom work done to my bike at black widow and I am extremely pleased with the attention to detail and amazing customer service I receive here. The service dept Jonny, David and Mike gave me excellent service. The apparel department Rob, Deb and everyone in the store are amazing. Bert, You hired great people and they represent you well.
