This is definitely who has our business of all the bike shops we stopped in today in Pensacola. People who genuinely love the sport, got mechanic hands, don't try to sell a Ferrari to a truck man, educate on bike care and gear, fair prices, and give free tune ups with new bike purchase. I'll take good old fashioned customer service over fancy decor and fake smiles anyday.

The best bike shop in town. The guys have a perfect balance between shooting you straight and professionalism and courtesy. You get the feel of entering a good auto mechanic's shop rather than a pretentious bunch of dweebs, just experience and expertise without all the lycra and elitism. They'll give great assessments and suggestions on solutions for your bike needs, and the service is always with a reasonable turnaround. Excellent technicians. The bike got fixed quickly, and at a very reasonable cost. The prices on the accessories and the various items around the store were reasonable. What I liked was the selection was higher quality stuff. It's not that suspicious, no name brand chinese stuff that people pass off as good. They have really good helmets here, which is the most important equipment for bicycle riding.

I went in to the store this morning to upgrade my basic road bike and left with the perfect bike for me. Brian and the rest of the guys were very helpful, patient with all of my questions, and made sure that I was comfortable with the decision that I was making. They let me take my time cruising around North Hill on two different bikes to make sure I got a good feel for how they both would be when I’m out on the road for 20-30 miles at a time. I'm editing an older review, but I'll include both because they're both great. I just picked up my new CAAD 12 today and MAN am I excited to break it in (after this endless rain...)! Worked with Aaron and Brian on a newer purchase (the CAAD 12) because I had purchased a Quick 7 from them almost a year ago. The knowledge (technically and generally) that these guys have is amazing. STRONGLY RECOMMEND IF IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW BIKE! I unfortunately don't have pics of the Quick 7 available ...
