I originally went to another bike shop, and they told me it would take a week to fix my issue. (It was a relatively simple issue with the break pads rubbing on the front wheel). Was new to the world of biking and these guys were knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. They helped me select a bike in my price range and took time to answer all my questions. Never felt pressured during the sales and gained a wealth of knowledge during the process. I'd highly recommend this bike store to all and I will surely be back for future needs!

I took my electric bike to 3 different bike shops for a new rear tire and tube and nobody wanted to work on it due to the electric hook up. I called Joe and told him the situation and he said bring it right over, no problem. I dropped it off and he was calling me within two hours that he had it fixed. Great job Joe. You are my new go to bike repair shop.
