Eric is the best. He is thoughtful, accurate, and most helpful. On my second visit, I had completely snapped a small cog on the derailleur. Rather than rushing to sell me a complete replacement Eric fixed the actual problem, then gave the bike an excellent tune up and returned the bike sparkling clean in every detail. I could not be happier, Eric is the best.

All I have to say is we have definitely found our bike shop. My husband and I have been looking at getting bikes since we’ve moved down to Florida…it took us long enough to get them haha! I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I called the shop and asked if they replace electric bike tires. They said yes so I went and dropped it off. The gentlemen saw the shredded tire and said the tech would get to it. I called the next day to get an update and was told the service tech would be in later and would call me. Daniel at the bike shop is a true gem as well as the staff in the store which are so friendly and attentive. I brought my bike in for a repair, and his attention to detail was impressive. He patiently listened to all my concerns, explained exactly what needed to be done, and even showed me a few tips on maintenance. Fantastic service and the price is always great. I've had multiple services done here and I've never been disappointed. Very friendly and extremely professional, they tell you everything that they're doing and give you advice on what you can do to keep your bike in great condition. 11/10
