Open Road Bicycles

I brought my sons HARO bike in to be assembled with the understanding that it would take a couple days to do. I received a text message several hours later saying that the bike was done and ready for pick up. That was faster than I expected. Thank you. P. S. My son loves the bike.

Had some issues with my 30-year-old Cannondale went to Tommy a couple of times looked at some bikes finally broke down and bought a specialized allez E5 I owner Tommy's recommendation.. the specialized has been an excellent bike fun to ride super smooth .. Probably should have done this 5 years ago but you know stubborn old guys..

Awesome Business! Very customer oriented! I came in with an off brand E-Scooter with a flat tire. I fully expected either a "We don't service that kind of bike" or a "Well, this will cost you.". Neither happened. They immediately took it to the back and started work to repairing the flat tire. After bringing in my electric bike for tire repairs, I noticed a row of specialized bikes and I asked about them and took a ride. Gary worked with me on ordering a sky blue Roll 2.0 with all the bells and whistles. They were great to work with and Merry Christmas 🎄

This cycle shop is very laid back and the staff are very nice! I have had two flat tires in the last year and have spent no more than 15-20 minutes each time from start to finish. Even if there are customers in front of me. Prices are fair. Hopefully I will stop getting flats or I will soon turn into their most frequent customer.
