Carousel E-Bikes

My son bought my wife a Volectic etrike and I bought myself a Volectic ebike to ride with her. RJ and Dawn were very accommodating. RJ delivered the bikes the next day and gave instructions on their use. We are very pleased with the acquisition and the customer service. We will definitely be regular customers as we accessorize.

I haven't ever been to a business where the customer service was as good as Dawn and RJ gave me when I purchased my velotric fold one plus ebike on 11/04/25. They are both so knowledgeable and patient . Helped me beyond belief. If you're going to buy an ebike you need to go there. You won't be disappointed.
