Trek Land O Lakes

I recently brought my bike in for a Level 3 service ($300), and unfortunately, I’m not very impressed with the overall experience. On the 31st, I called to ask about turnaround time. I was told that if I brought the bike in on the 3rd, it would be ready by the 10th. I also asked whether I could drop it off later since the work wouldn’t begin immediately, but I was told no. I stopped by again on Sunday the 8th to see if it might be ready earlier, only to be told they would start working on it...

There’s a reason they have a 4.9 rating with almost 1k reviews. Everyone in the shop, from answering questions on the phone to talking directly in the shop, are extremely kind, caring, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to be able to trust and understand the team. They are a well oiled unit and deserve all the praise! They make sure your questions are answered and covered and they treat everyone with respect. Prices are reasonable as well and they accomplished the work quickly!

My 15-year-old daughter called the store to determine if they could help her with her e-bike tire. I brought the bike in for her and they were incredibly helpful. Very kind. They could have stuck me with a big Bill and change the tire but instead they filled it with air and provided me with a bit of education on how she should be caring for the bike. Excellent customer service. Great store. Looks like they have an incredible selection. Definitely worth a stop in.

We would like to thank the team at Trek bike in Land O Lakes. The moment we walked into the store we were greeted by very friendly employees. My wife and I both needed to have our bikes tuned-up. I shared with the technician that I was having issues with my seat. He did a fit test and realized I needed a different seat for my bike. Excellent customer service! Very friendly service with a smile! Provided me with the best options for repairs on my bike and had it back to me within a few days. Would highly recommend their service and will continue to be a patron for as long as they will have me! Ha ha!
