My mom and I stopped by on Black Friday while we were out cycling, and we had such a great experience. The owner helped fix my tire pressure and adjusted my gear chain, & he even offered to look at my mom’s bike as well all free of charge. He was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain how to avoid future gear issues. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop to anyone riding around Key Biscayne!

I visited the shop twice in two days while biking in Key Biscayne, the first time I stopped in & asked if he had any Garmin holder, he didn’t , so he gave me a plastic Garmin holder which he just happened to have & it worked great. The second time I visited I returned with a flat. He fixed it right away & I was on my way. Very friendly owner. They also rent bikes.

Gerald and his staff are very friendly and attentive and has done a great job at helping me select the right bike for me and my wife. The bike rental service at Key Cycling made my vacation experience truly special. The highlight of my vacation came from using the rental bike to explore the area. The staff members provided excellent service by giving me all necessary equipment for my bike rental.

We rented two bikes yesterday. Very nice shop and the guy who helped us was very friendly. The Felt bikes were really well maintained and comfortabel. We got a lock and were asked if we wanted helmets. We asked if he had tips for us, he showed it on a map and we had an amazing time in key biscayne because we followed the bike trail he showed us.
