Hollywood Bicycle Shop

Hollywood Bikes is an amazing shop. Dropped-off my e-bike for a tune-up, expecting it to be done the next day. I was called back within 3 hours to let me know that my e-bike was ready. I even thought it was a mistake🤣. I would highly recommend this place. I felt like I was in the past when people truly care about their customers and service. Awesome, awesome shop.

I came in to fix a flat, they charged me $74, at first I thought it was an overcharge, no other shops ever charged me that much or more than $30. After riding a few days, I noticed my brake was coming loose, now today, a week later, my brake was not working at all. So, I went to Lee's, where I always go, and upon inspection the tire wasn't mounted right, I was at risk of coming unhinged and that was the cause of the brakes also, they fixed it for 8$. Dropped my bike off when the they opened at 10am for some broken spokes to be replaced. I asked them if it could be done today. He said yes. I called at 330 pm to check on status and was told they wanted to replace all the spokes. I said no, just replace the broken ones. Being mindful that the shop closes at 5 pm, I walked over a mile so I would be there before closing time. Walked in and my bike was not even touched! Told them that I would take it somewhere else with better customer service....

I was recommended by some friends. I went there they told me a different price. Much higher than what my friends told me. I didn't do the work that opportunity, but I honestly couldn't find a place in the area to do it. I came back willing to pay what they had told me the first time, this time they told me a different price. Greater than what my friends told me, less than what they told me the first time I went. And this was the result. Responsibility and consistency.

Yesterday I purchased my first Ebike, an AIMA Santa Monica, from the Hollywood Bicycle Shop. The bike is just what I wanted for suburban/urban riding and riding to the beach and on trails. I am very impressed with the staff. They are knowledgeable and know their products. No pressure; just a desire, to please a customer and provide him with what he is looking for. They are honest and upfront. I wholeheartedly recommend and endorse the Hollywood Bicycle Shop.
