On November 12th, 2025, I purchased an $700 battery. After placing the order, the delivery window changed significantly. Now, in March 2026, I’ve only received a UPS tracking number showing “Label Created”. I was told UPS was retaining the shipment, but the UPS portal does not reflect that they ever had possession of it. I’ve never written a negative review before but the lack of professionalism and careless dismissal that I experienced when I purchased a bike online 2 years ago. The bike was certified pure owned but arrived in the worst condition and when I contacted the owner for assistance I was never offered a resolution. I paid for 50 bikes and batteries and I still have not received 15 batteries I have paid for. I have been trying to reach Arie, Michael and their team and they will not respond to my request for a status. Anything that Arie Gad states different from above is false. I am a professional engineer with ethical obligations to the industry, hence my information is 100% factual and I have documentation to prove it. I will remove this review when I receive my batteries
